Carrie joined the NAI CBI Hawaii, team in July 2017 as a Senior Property Manager and a Real Estate Advisor for commercial real estate. Her current management portfolio consists of office buildings, retail centers, industrial warehouses, and medical office building AOUO. One of her largest client is Waterhouse Properties.

Prior to joining NAI CBI Hawaii, Carrie was the Executive Vice President of Property Management for a local commercial real estate firm for over 26 years. She managed a staff of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Administrative Assistant for the Commercial Property Management Division.

During Carrie’s 28 years of commercial real estate experience, she has managed properties for A&B Properties, 7-Eleven Hawaii, JN Auto Group, Gentry Waipio Industrial Association, Domestic Commercial Fishing Village and Waterhouse Properties to name a few. Her success in real estate management is due to her positive attitude in providing exceptional service to both Landlord and Tenants.
