Kaʻala has been with NAI CBI Hawaii since 2015 focusing on Industrial and Investment sales/leasing. Prior to joining CBI, Kaʻala owned and operated a travel business for 15 years in Honolulu. This experience provided an invaluable education for transitioning into commercial real estate as he negotiated leases and bought and sold real estate as a small business owner.
